So here we are, the start of a new adventure on Substack! I liked the idea of being able to send out a weekly update of my random thoughts, I just hope you do too!
So what are we going to talk about?
Honestly, anything and everything! The idea is that I want to present what it’s like to be a (nearly) 49 year old woman, who has had over three decades of mental health issues. OK, I’ll be able to look back on this and see what my life has been like, so it will be semi-autobiographical, but for paid subscribers, I want to provide more support.
I think my life is interesting, it’s certainly not ‘normal’ or at least I don’t think it is! I balance being a part-time marketing manager with being a coach. I am also in the throws of studying to be a counsellor; I am also co-founder of Invisible Wall, but that is for another day. It really is ‘all go’ here!
Oh, and I have a passion for personality testing. Is that a confession? Probably!
So this is a really quick one today, there will be more each week. I promise this will be a no holes barred approach to writing. It could happy or sad, but I promise it will never be boring, we don’t do beige here…
Be excellent to each other!
